be completely eliminated. By booking or participating in any Do Dham Yatra organized by GoAdven India, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Travel Risks & Participant Declaration
- I understand that the Do Dham Yatra involves mountain travel, high-altitude conditions, long road journeys, changing weather, and unforeseen situations, including but not limited to the following:
- Natural & Environmental Risks
- Unpredictable Weather
- Sudden rain, cloudbursts, flash floods, landslides, hailstorms, thunderstorms, snowfall, road blockages, and rapid temperature changes may occur during the yatra. These conditions may lead to itinerary changes, delays, or cancellation without prior notice.
- Mountain Terrain Risks
- Travel through steep mountain roads, narrow routes, landslide-prone zones, and high-altitude areas may involve risks of accidents, delays, or transport disruption.
- Natural Disasters
- Earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, floods, road washouts, or other natural events may occur in Himalayan regions and can affect travel safety.

2. Health, Altitude & Physical Risks
- Altitude-Related Illnesses
- Travel to high-altitude pilgrimage destinations may cause health issues including:
- Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)
- Breathing difficulty
- Fatigue, dizziness, dehydration, or low oxygen-related discomfort

13. GoAdven India’s Right to Terminate Participation
GoAdven India reserves the right to immediately discontinue participation in the following situations:

Inability to continue the journey safely
Failure to follow safety protocols
Unacceptable Behaviour
Sexual misconduct or harassment
Aggressive or abusive behavior
Physical violence or intimidation
Damage to hotel, vehicle, or public property
Smoking, alcohol, or prohibited substance use
Non-compliance with group instructions

Cancellations Prior to 25 Days Before Trip Start
- Refund Options:

- 100% trip fee credit voucher (valid for any trip within 1 year)

Cancellations Between 24 Days and 15 Days Before Trip Start
- Refund Options:
- 30% deduction of trip fee
- 100% trip fee credit voucher (valid for the same trip within 1 year)
- 85% trip fee credit voucher (valid for any trip within 1 year)
- Option to transfer your booking (same trip, any date) to a friend

Cancellations Between 14 Days and 10 Days Before Trip Start
- Refund Options:
- 50% deduction of trip fee
- 80% trip fee credit voucher (valid for same trip within 1 year)
- 70% trip fee credit voucher (valid for any trip within 1 year)
- Option to book the same trip in the same season with any other batch
- Option to transfer your booking (same trip, any date) to a friend

Cancellations Less Than 9 Days Before Trip Start
- Refund Options:
- No cash refund
- 20% trip fee credit voucher (valid for same trip within 1 year)
- 10% trip fee credit voucher (valid for any trip within 1 year)
- Option to transfer your booking (same trip, same date) to a friend

Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule a trip (same trip only), a 30% rescheduling fee of the total trip cost will be applicable.

Emergency Cancellation Policy
In case of:
- Death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, spouse, children)
- Hospitalization (minimum 48 hours)
- Fracture (leg/arm) within one week before the trip
- Even if cancellation is made one day before the trip:
- 90% trip fee refunded in cash
- 10% issued as a credit voucher (valid for 1 year, applicable on any India trip)
- Valid supporting documents will be required.
- We are here to support you in difficult situations.

- In case of transfer to a friend, the participant must meet all eligibility and safety requirements set by GoAdven India
- GoAdven India reserves the right to modify or update policies without prior notice

- Participants are responsible for verifying all booking details including dates and personal documents at the time of booking
- Payments must be made as per instructions provided by GoAdven India
- Delayed payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days

Advance Payment (Booking Amount) Policy
- If the participant has paid only the advance booking amount to confirm the trip, then no refund will be applicable in any case, regardless of cancellation timing, reason, or circumstances.
- The advance amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
- This amount is considered as a confirmation fee for blocking the seat and operational arrangements

Voucher Terms
- Vouchers are non-transferable
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Valid only for trips booked directly with GoAdven India in India

- No refunds or vouchers will be provided for voluntary withdrawal or non-utilization of services If GoAdven India cancels the trip before the designated pickup point due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, participants may choose:
- An alternate trip/date
- A credit voucher valid for 1 year
- Transfer to another trip (price difference payable by participant)
- If the trip is discontinued after reaching the pickup point, no refund or voucher will be issued
- GoAdven India is not responsible for external expenses such as flights, hotels, or travel visas

Force Majeure
GoAdven India shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, landslides, floods, snowfall)
- Strikes, curfews, war, or civil unrest
