About the Ronti Saddle Trek
The Ronti Saddle Trek is one of the most demanding and spectacular high-altitude expeditions in Uttarakhand. Beginning from Lohajung, the trail passes through beautiful Himalayan villages, dense oak and rhododendron forests, the vast meadows of Ali Bugyal and Bedni Bugyal, before reaching the legendary Roopkund Lake and the dramatic Junargali ridge.
The journey continues beyond Roopkund to the magnificent Ronti Saddle (16,900 ft), offering breathtaking views of the Ronti Glacier, Mt. Trishul, Mt. Nanda Ghunti, Mrigthuni, Maiktoli, and numerous Himalayan giants.
