Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule a trek (same trek only), a 30% rescheduling fee of the total trek cost will be applicable.
Emergency Cancellation Policy

In case of:
- Death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, spouse, children), or Hospitalization (minimum 48 hours), or Fracture (leg/arm) within one week before the trek Even if cancellation is made a day before the trek:
- 90% trek fee refunded in cash
- 10% issued as a credit voucher (valid for 1 year, applicable on any India trek)
- Valid supporting documents will be required. We are here to support you in difficult situations.

Important Notes
- Batch change is subject to seat availability
- In case of transfer to a friend, the participant must meet all eligibility and safety requirements set by GoAdven India
- GoAdven India reserves the right to modify or update policies without prior notice

Booking & Payments
- Participants are responsible for verifying all booking details including dates and personal documents at the time of booking
- Payments must be made as per instructions provided by GoAdven India
- Delayed payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund Cash refunds will only apply to the portion paid via cash
- Payments made via vouchers, discounts, or promotional codes are not eligible for cash refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days
- Add-on services follow separate cancellation terms
- Advance Payment (Booking Amount) Policy If the participant has paid only the advance booking amount to confirm the trek, then no refund will be applicable in any case, regardless of cancellation timing, reason, or circumstances
- The advance amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
- This amount is considered as a confirmation fee for blocking the seat and operational arrangements

Voucher Terms
- Vouchers are non-transferable
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Valid only for treks booked directly with GoAdven India in India
- Must be used with registered phone number or email ID
- Standard booking terms apply to all voucher usage

Itinerary & Modifications
GoAdven India reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel any part of the trip due to:

- Weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances

Cancellations & Refunds Policy
No refunds or vouchers will be provided for voluntary withdrawal or non-utilization of services
If GoAdven India cancels the trip before the designated pickup point due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, participants may choose:

- An alternate trip/date
- A credit voucher valid for 1 year
- Transfer to another trek (price difference payable by participant)
- If the trek is discontinued after reaching the pickup point, no refund or voucher will be issued
- GoAdven India is not responsible for external expenses such as flights, hotels, or travel visas Force Majeure

GoAdven India shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

I understand that mountain travel and Himalayan journeys involve high-altitude conditions, long road journeys, changing weather, and unforeseen situations.

Natural & Environmental Risks

Unpredictable Weather Sudden rain, cloudbursts, flash floods, landslides, hailstorms, thunderstorms, snowfall, road blockages, and rapid temperature changes may occur during the journey. These conditions may lead to itinerary changes, delays, or cancellation without prior notice.

Mountain Terrain Risks

Travel through steep mountain roads, narrow routes, landslide-prone zones, and high-altitude areas may involve risks of accidents, delays, or transport disruption.

Natural Disasters

Earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, floods, road washouts, or other natural events may occur in Himalayan regions and can affect travel safety.

- Altitude-Related Illnesses
- Travel to high-altitude destinations may cause health issues including:
- Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)
- Breathing difficulty
- Fatigue, dizziness, dehydration, or low oxygen-related discomfort

- The journey may involve:
- Long travel hours
- Walking on uneven or steep paths
- Stair climbing near temples or mountain locations
- Exposure to cold weather and reduced oxygen levels
- Environmental Exposure
- Exposure to rain, cold, sunlight, wind, altitude, or changing temperatures may result in dehydration, fever, hypothermia, exhaustion, or related illnesses.

3. Medical & Emergency Challenges

- Limited Medical Support
- Remote mountain regions may have limited access to hospitals, pharmacies, ambulances, or medical professionals.
- Evacuation Difficulties
- Emergency evacuation or rescue may be delayed or difficult due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic congestion
- Road blockages
- Terrain accessibility

4. Additional Risks

The participant understands that unforeseen situations may occur, including:
- Road closures or traffic delays
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Weather-related disruptions
- Government restrictions or permit issues
- Political unrest or strikes
- Food-related illness or infections
- Any unexpected event beyond human control

Participant Acknowledgement

- By participating in this journey, I confirm that:
- I have carefully read and understood all risks involved
- I am voluntarily participating in the trip
- I agree to follow all safety instructions and decisions made by the tour leaders
- I understand that mountain travel involves unpredictable conditions and absolute safety cannot be guaranteed
- I take responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during the trip

5. Personal Preparation & Health Declaration

Health Declaration
I confirm that:
- I am in sound physical and mental health
- I do not suffer from any medical condition that may affect my safe participation
- I have not been medically advised to avoid high-altitude travel or long-distance road journeys
- I agree to disclose any relevant medical information if required for safety reasons

6. Responsibility & Legal Acknowledgement

I acknowledge and agree that:

- I am personally responsible for my safety and well-being throughout the trip
- I willingly accept all foreseeable and unforeseen risks associated with mountain travel and pilgrimage tours
- GoAdven India shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, cancellation, or damage occurring during or after the trip
- I accept responsibility for all medical, rescue, evacuation, transportation, accommodation, or related expenses incurred during or after the trip

7. Indemnity & Liability Declaration

I agree that:
- I am fully responsible for my actions and conduct during the trip If my actions cause injury, damage, loss, or harm to any person or property, I shall bear full responsibility
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoAdven India, its staff, drivers, guides, hotel partners, and associates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising due to my actions

8. High Altitude Safety Protocol

- I understand that this trip may involve travel to high-altitude destinations with reduced oxygen levels.
I acknowledge that:
- Health monitoring may be conducted during the journey if required
- Tour leaders have the authority to stop my onward travel if my health condition is considered unsafe Such decisions will be final and made purely for safety reasons
- No refund shall be applicable in such situations

9. Tour Leader’s Authority

I accept that:
- The tour leader has full authority to discontinue my participation if I am unable to safely continue the journey
- I will follow all instructions related to safety, travel timings, accommodation, and group discipline

10. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Smoking, alcohol consumption, narcotic substances, abusive behavior, or misconduct during the trip is strictly prohibited.
If found involved in such activities:
- I may be immediately removed from the group
- I may be required to arrange return travel at my own expense
- No refund or compensation will be provided

11. Medical Requirement for Senior Citizens

- Participants aged 58 years or above may be required to submit a valid medical fitness certificate before the journey.
- Participation may be postponed or denied if medical concerns are identified.

12. Travel Documents & Identification

Participants are solely responsible for carrying all required documents, including:
- Government-issued ID proof
- Registration documents
- Medical certificates (if required)
- Permits or approvals issued by authorities
- Failure to provide required documents may result in denial of participation without refund.

Personal Identification & Data Consent
I voluntarily submit identification documents for:

- Identity verification
- Hotel and permit processing
- Government compliance
- Tour administration and safety coordination
I understand that:
- My personal information will only be used for official travel purposes
Reasonable measures will be taken to maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access

13. GoAdven India’s Right to Terminate Participation
GoAdven India reserves the right to immediately discontinue participation in the following situations:
Safety & Medical Reasons
- Illness or unsafe health condition
- Inability to continue the journey safely
- Failure to follow safety protocols
- Unacceptable Behaviour
- Sexual misconduct or harassment
- Aggressive or abusive behavior
- Physical violence or intimidation
- Damage to hotel, vehicle, or public property
- Smoking, alcohol, or prohibited substance use
- Non-compliance with group instructions

Consequences of Termination
If participation is terminated:
- No refund shall be provided
- All expenses related to return travel, accommodation, transportation, medical care, or evacuation shall be borne by the participant

14. Final Acknowledgement & Agreement
By proceeding with booking or participation, I confirm that:
I have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, risks, and legal implications stated above
I voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms
Electronic acceptance, online confirmation, or digital signatures shall be considered legally valid and equivalent to a physical signature
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable
